How to Join
Good news! Northwestern Club Fencing is open to any member of the Northwestern community. No prior experience is required.
We support all skill levels; experienced fencers have an opportunity to continue to practice and improve their abilities, while beginners have an amazing opportunity to learn a new sport.
If you're interested in joining, please email us at clubfencing@u.northwestern.edu! Or, if you feel like it, just show up to a practice!
Dues
As much as we'd like to, our club can't operate without funds. As a result, we do charge membership dues. On the bright side, we invite you to try one session or practice for free!
The due structure is:

$50 per quarter fee. This base rate applies to beginners and returning members.

$150 travel fees for the academic year. This is applicable only to travel team members.
Practice Schedule
No prior experience required!
Each squad meets 3 times a week in Patten Gymnasium in Evanston:

Monday: 7-10pm (Foil)

Tuesday: 6-10pm (Epee)

Wednesday: 7-8pm (Foil), 8-10pm (All weapons)

Thursday: 6-10pm (Sabre)

Saturday: 2-4pm (All weapons)
In addition, we hold a beginner's class once a week on Thursdays 7-8m.
